Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Exitlens currently ships only to the addresses registered in the United States: the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories including PO Box, APO/FPO/DPO AE (any addresses serviced by USPS).

We offer free shipping for all complete pair of glasses.

For custom lenses, we charge shipping cost of $10.80 per order. Please refer to www.exitlens.com/replacement-lens-process/ for details.

 

 

Returns:

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you have 45 days to exchange or return your item for a full refund of the product price.  This excludes shipping and processing charges.  The 45 day return period begins the day you receive your order.  Be sure to send back all the original packaging and contents with your order.

To start a return or exchange, simply contact us at: info@exitlens.com 

To help expedite things for you, let us provide you an RMA number before you send anything back.

Just label your package with your name and that RMA number, and ship it to us.  We will process your return as soon as we receive the package.  Returns will be credited back to the original payment method. 

Return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.  If we find any issue with lenses to be our fault, we will expedite an exchange - without prior return of lenses necessary.   All frame issues require the frame be returned before a replacement will be issued.

Note: Any warranty, outside of the 45 day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, will only be replaced with lenses of the same value and/or for the same frame as the original purchase.
